The role of the school administration in activating the application of the leadership entrance distributed in secondary schools in Kuwait
This article aims to identify the role of the school administration in activating the application of the leadership entrance distributed in the secondary schools in Kuwait through a presentation of the concept of distributed leadership and its importance and its objectives and mechanisms to apply it in secondary schools in Kuwait. The article pointed out that there are many obstacles and difficulties facing secondary school administration Kuwait in the process of activating the application of the distributed command entrance.
