About the Journal
SVU-IJAS is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open access international journal published by Faculty of Agriculture, South Valley University. The journal is devoted to publishing full-length original manuscripts, review articles, short communications, editorial letter and case reports on all aspects of Agricultural Sciences.
Focus and Scope
The journal aims to give its contribution for enhancement of research studies and be a recognized forum attracting authors and audiences from both the academic and applied communities interested in state-of-the-art research activities in Agricultural Science areas, which cover sections including (but not limited to):
- Animal and Poultry Sciences
- Agronomy Sciences
- Food and Dairy Sciences
- Botany and Genetic Sciences
- Horticulture Sciences
- Soil and Water Sciences
- Plant Protection
- Agricultural Economics
- Agricultural Extension
Publication Fees: The online versions are free.
Publication Frequency: Two issues are published a year; January-June (1) and July-December (2).

SVU-IJAS provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
All articles published by SVU-IJAS are available freely accessible online immediately after publication under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.. (CC BY NC SA 4.0), which allows authors and users to copy, distribute, transmit and adapt the article.
